What's New With Lauren

It has been a while, but I'm working on it
09/2006 - I am slowly but surly adding some updates to my site. So far I have added some pictures of our new home. It's almost been a year already. I'll have some more updates on what's been going on with me shortly. Check back soon.

The Honeymoon is planned...
08/2005 - Thank goodness summer is almost over. The weather is unbearably hot and I can't wait until fall! Todd and I have planned our honeymoon. We are going to California in October to visit San Francisco, the vineyards and the coast of Monterey. It's going to be a great trip! Until then, it's just weddings, weddings, weddings. It seems everyone is getting married and the weddings never stop. Check out the photo album. I have added a lot of new pictures!

We're Married!
04/2005 - Todd and I can’t believe after all the time and planning, it’s finally over. The wedding was absolutely perfect. I woke up March 12 and the first thing I did was look out the window to see a completely beautiful blue sky with not a single cloud. The temperature was cool and sunny all day, which is exactly as I prayed it would be. Some people say they’re wedding day is a complete blur, and they can’t remember anything. I have to say, the entire weekend is vivid in my mind and I savored every second. Todd and I are so happy that so many of our friends and family could be there with us. We are truly blessed. If you want to check out some pictures, visit the photographer’s website JeffKolodny.com. Click on “Todd and Lauren.” The password is “Blosser.” Enjoy! As for everything else, life has finally calmed down. The job at OMNII is going great. It’s crazy, but fun and I love the company. Our place is finished and now that the wedding planning is over, I have more free time than ever! Todd and I have been spending our weekends relaxing again. Now the question is… where will we take our honeymoon?

Hectic in 2005!!!
02/2005 - Between my new job, moving and all of the wedding planning, I haven't had much time to do anything. There are so many great pictures I want to put on the site (our new house, the holidays, etc.) but it will have to wait until things calm down. It's definitely on my 'to-do' list.

As for the wedding, Todd and I are getting very excited! March 12 is right around the corner and we are almost done planning all the details. We definitely didn’t realize how much work planning a wedding is until now. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to take a honeymoon right away because of our work schedules, but we hope to get away in the summertime. It will give us something to look forward to. Take care and check back for more news... I promise to put some new photos up after the wedding!

I can’t believe it’s summer already!
06/2004 - I only have one semester of school left and I couldn’t be any happier! I plan to graduate August 6, so the official countdown has begun. I am also on a serious job hunt. I have been learning a lot and really enjoying my internship at Cleveland Clinic Florida, but it will have to end eventually. I have already started interviewing for full-time jobs and hopefully something will pan out by the time I graduate.

The next few months are bound to be very hectic with school coming to an end and the job search growing more intense. I promise to update soon with more wedding details as they unfold. Until then, be sure to check out my pictures for the latest vacation shots from Costa Rica, camping in Tennessee, and other new stuff.

Another big change!
01/2004 - In December 2003 my boyfriend Todd proposed to me! We were on vacation in Vail, Colorado, where I thought we were just going to snowboard and relax after a particularly stressful semester of school and work. However, Todd had much more on his mind than snowboarding. On December 16 we were taking a walk through the Vail Village after dinner and Todd stopped me under the Village Christmas tree. His proposal totally caught me off guard, as we had talked about waiting at least a year to get engaged. It was the most romantic moment of my life, and after I finally stopped crying, I said “yes”! We are very excited to start planning our wedding, which will probably be sometime in the spring of 2005. As the time gets closer, my website will be full of more information!

Take care and check back for more news...
